Shipping and Delivery

Your orders within Turkey are sent via Aras Cargo. Your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the same day, provided that they are placed before 13:00. (Except for campaign periods such as Black Friday, 11.11, etc.)

Your cargo is usually delivered within 1-3 business days, and during some special and busy times, within 2-7 days. The variability of the delivery time is completely related to the cargo companies.

Return and Exchange

As Joy-Es, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we happily accept the timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective goods. Used products cannot be returned unless they are defective. The returned product must include its invoice and tags and must be in the same condition as when it was received. The product you purchased must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return Request

If you want to make a return or exchange, you can open a return or exchange request from the My Orders screen after logging in to your account.

In order for your return and exchange requests to be made quickly, a request note should be sent with the product and the product to be exchanged/returned should be sent with the cargo company we specify, with the return and exchange code we will give you.

The refund will be made to the card/account you placed the order with within 7-10 business days, depending on the payment method you used.
